MITSUBISHI SERVICE PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- MSP covers the first three services (on Ralliart models and Shogun Sport the initial oil change due at 1 month or 1,000 miles is also included).
- 1st (MSP) service must be carried out within 13 months of first registration, 2nd (MSP) service must be carried out within 25 months of first registration, 3rd (MSP) service must be carried out within 37 months of fi rst registration, 4th (MSP Top-Up) service must be carried out within 49 months of fi rst registration, 5th (MSP Top-Up) service must be carried out within 61 months of first registration.
- MSP Top-Up covers the 4th and 5th service (the initial oil change on Ralliart models and Shogun Sport is not counted as a service).
- MSP scheduled services only include parts as defi ned by the vehicle manufacturer such as filters, oil, consumables and labour. The service schedule does not include wear and tear items such as brake pads and discs, clutches, tyres etc. For full details of the scheduled services and the Mitsubishi Service Plan please contact your local Mitsubishi dealer.
- MSP Top-Up includes the full factory scheduled service except (where applicable) pollen filter, timing belt replacement and valve clearance check. Please note that the timing belt replacement is included in the L200 but excluded from the Grandis 2.4 petrol, Lancer 1.6 and 2.0 petrol and Colt CZT and CZC 1.5 petrol turbo. Please refer to your Mitsubishi dealer for full details and guaranteed prices should this work be required.
- MSP Top-Up includes Mitsubishi Assistance Package (MAP) breakdown recovery, roadside assistance and home start. MAP will provide you with 2 years roadside assistance cover from the date of your MSP Top-Up purchase. Further details of MAP can be found in the MAP booklet (part no:MISC9165).
- MSP Top-Up is transferable to new owners.
- Your vehicle service must be carried out by a UK-based Mitsubishi dealer. The service price will not be refunded if the service is carried out by an independent garage (non- Mitsubishi dealer) Your vehicle may be serviced at any Mitsubishi dealer (not just the dealer from whom you purchased MSP or MSP Top-Up).
- MSP Top-Up may be purchased at any time from 1st registration until the point that the 4th service becomes due.
- MSP Top-Up may be purchased from your Mitsubishi dealer.
- The following methods of payment are accepted: a). Included in your finance agreement b). Cash or cheque via your dealer (dealers may accept payment by credit card but please ask). c). MSP Top-Up can be purchased for vehicles that have not had MSP. d). The MSP purchase price will be refunded without administration charge in the event of a vehicle being written off. The total price will be refunded if neither the 4th nor the 5th service has been carried out. Half the purchase price will be refunded if the 4th service has been carried out.
